Friday was spent at Twin Falls High School in government class teaching students about the legislative process. I had a great time and met a hundred great students . It renewed my faith in the future. Our young people really are thinkers and great citizens.

Post from leeheider at CHUMLY

Blood Donations: Yesterday the Governor signed the bill allowing 16 year olds to donate blood through the American Red Cross. .Senate bill 1074 would allow those who are 16 and have parental consent to donate blood. The intent is to begin a life of giving and sharing with those in need. As sponsor of this legislation I was pleased with the outcome.
